The Dreamcast was well known for its excellent Sega arcade conversions and 18 Wheeler is no exception. In the game, you’ll race your big rig, smashing through traffic and duelling with rivals in order to get your cargo to the destination on time. Without the extravagant arcade cabinet the game doesn’t have quite the same impact as it did in the arcades, but is nevertheless still fun at least for a few games.
Demul 0.5.8.2 (DirectX 10) – Extreme graphical glitches, the game starts but is virtually unplayable.
Demul 0.5.8.2 (DirectX 11) – Game runs well with no noticeable graphics glitches. Sound occasionally glitches even on fast machines. You may need to disable some visual enhancements to get a constant 60 frames per second.
Makaron T12.7 – Not tested.

As well as a deluxe arcade version, featuring an authentic truck steering wheel, the game also appeared on the Sony PlayStation 2 and the Nintendo GameCube.
